GROUNDS MAINTENANCE LABORER
FULL-TIME POSITION- BENEFIT ELIGIBLE AFTER 60 DAYS
Follow directions from the Area Supervisor and or Crew Leader daily of general landscape maintenance practices according to Harbour Ridge specifications.
GOLF COURSE EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
$15.00 PER HOUR
REGULAR FULL TIME POSITION- 40 HOURS PER WEEK BENEFIT ELIGIBLE AFTER 60 DAYS
Under the supervision of the Golf Course Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Lead Operator or Foreman, perform routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance; doing semi-skilled grounds construction and maintenance work; operate sand raking machinery, walk mower, flymo, edger and string trimmers. This position is considered an entry level position with the potential for advancement to Level I.

Our Security Team patrols the club facilities and the residential property to ensure the safety of our members, guests and employees. The Security department is a 24 hour operation, 7 days a week. Excellent computer and communication skills required. Additional Duties Include: Maintains key control for all residences and buildings on property. Responsible for authorized entries at all entry points, i.e., front gate, marina, etc. Monitors electronic security and surveillance camera systems. Performs road patrol and substitutes as security sergeant as needed. Writes Security condition reports and submits to Shift Sergeant. Administers basic first aid and CPR as needed. Responds in person as first response to all member and staff emergency requests. Ensures safe parking and traffic enforcement during special events. We are a Drug Free workplace. Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug test and must have a clean driving record.
$15 per hour- non-tipping club
Currently the valet attendant assists with to-go orders for the membership. Deliveries on property as well. The valet attendant will greet all guests upon entrance to the club and safely park and retrieve automobiles and golf carts for members. Must have a clean driving record, background check and pre-hire drug screening.

Job Description: Provide satisfaction and exceed member expectations to provide the highest standards of quality in all aspects of the Food & Beverage and Clubhouse departments. Through training, preparation and communication, continually train and direct staff to ensure that all member needs are addressed and accommodated. Desired Skills & Experience A minimum of 2 years Food & Beverage Management experience at a fine dining restaurant, private club, resort or hotel. Staff Transport Driver
Job description Seasonal Driver -October 2021 thru June 2022
Pay $15 hr
Must have valid clean license , pass drug test, pass background check (marijuana cards are not federally accepted and do not exclude you from passing the drug test) Perform work in the operation of a vehicle to assure safe transportation of employees to and from the work site. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to: 1. Drive a van on a scheduled route to transport employees to and from apartment complex, work site, and other routes as assigned. Allow time for traffic, employees must arrive on time for their scheduled shift (Late pickups are not acceptable). 2. Check in with a manager upon arrival and departure each day. 3. Vehicle keys are to be picked up and dropped off at Security for each shift 4. A pick up/drop off spot should be chosen and made clear to the staff where they will need to be ON TIME for their scheduled pick up. 5. Communication is a key part of your job; you need to be polite and courteous when speaking with management and staff. 6. Keep staff informed of the plan for the day so they are aware; communicate any side trips needed before drop offs/pickups. 7. When on duty, the company phone you have been assigned should be with you at all times and must be kept on so that you are easily accessible; check voicemail regularly. When in the club, be sure to have a radio on you at all times. 8. The company van is your responsibility; and must be kept mechanically sound at all times. Monitor any problems, oil changes, etc. A maintenance log should be kept tracking maintenance that has been performed. 9. A thorough inspection should be done weekly to ensure that the van is in good working order and safe. Any issues on maintenance should be brought to management’s attention immediately. 10. There is absolutely no smoking permitted in the van by the driver or the passengers at any time. 11. The van should be cleaned once a week, inside and out. 12. Gas fill up for the van can be done in the golf maintenance department (Food & Beverage managers will have the fuel key); if off property and in a bind, purchase gas and present receipt to management for reimbursement. 13. Safety of you and your passengers should be the number one priority. Drive safely and abide by all driving laws (no speeding, etc.); seat belts must be worn at all times by both the driver and passengers (NO EXCEPTIONS). 14. There is absolutely no drinking and driving permitted under any circumstances. Any suspicion of a driver being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will immediately result in a drug and alcohol suspicion test and will be suspended from driver duties until test results are received. A positive test result will be cause for immediate termination. Please refer to page 30 of your Employee Handbook for more information. 15. Employees are not permitted to log in earlier than their scheduled start time (6 minute grace period). 16. If there is a long lapse in duties or pick up times, you should be punching out during that period. 17. A copy of the daily activities sheet should be kept at all times; human resources will provide a culinary and food & beverage staff schedule to coordinate with bus schedule. 18. Personal trips for the staff are not permitted unless prior approval is received from management & these trips must not interfere with normal pickups/drop offs for work schedules. 19. Other tasks may be assigned on an as needed basis, such as running errands, pickups, food and wine deliveries
