Director of Security & Safety
Job Summary: Plan and direct the club’s security and safety operations designed to protect employees, members, guests and the club’s assets and property. Establish and implement security and emergency procedures. Oversee the company safety program to include required aspects of OSHA regulations. Assume the overall responsibility for operations and fiscal management of Security and Safety. Directly supervises Assistant Director of Security & Safety, Shift Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Security Guards.
Desired Skills & Experience:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Club, Resort or Hotel; in Security Management
• Possess effective oral and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office required. Google Drive, Photos, & Maps preferred)
• Experience in Threat/Risk Management and Security/Safety Engineering preferred
• Knowledge of access control software (ABDi preferred)
• Knowledge of Surveillance Systems (ACTi and Avigilon preferred)
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100lbs
• Clean Driving record
• CPR/AED/First Aid for Adult & Pediatric or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire
• Bloodborne Pathogen Certification or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire
• OSHA HAZMAT level 2 Certification or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire
• OSHA 32 Hour Compliance Certification or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire
• FAA UAS License or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire

GROUNDS MAINTENANCE LABORER
FULL-TIME POSITION- BENEFIT ELIGIBLE AFTER 60 DAYS
Follow directions from the Area Supervisor and or Crew Leader daily of general landscape maintenance practices according to Harbour Ridge specifications. Trim or prune plants, trees and palms as necessary. Rake leaves and plant debris into containers and load into dump trailer. Weed removal on a daily basis. Install new plants, trees, palms and sod as necessary. Apply water to newly planted trees, palms, ornamental plants and sod. Fertilize plants, trees, palms and turf as instructed. Prepare areas for annual flowers and sod replacement. Organize tools and equipment for daily use. Secure all tools and equipment at the end of each work day. Inspect equipment daily for productive and safe operation; report issues to supervisor and or mechanic.
GOLF COURSE EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
$10.50 PER HOUR
REGULAR FULL TIME POSITION- 40 HOURS PER WEEK
BENEFIT ELIGIBLE AFTER 60 DAYS
Under the supervision of the Golf Course Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Lead Operator or Foreman, perform routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance; doing semi-skilled grounds construction and maintenance work; operate sand raking machinery, walk mower, flymo, edger and string trimmers. This position is considered an entry level position with the potential for advancement to Level I
Seasonal full-time and part-time positions available
2 years’ experience- private club experience a plus
$10-$12 hour base pay plus 42-45% commission- must have experience and licensing. Commissions range $850-$1000+ weekly. If you're a hard worker and reliable, we have a job for you. Competitive pay plus commissions. Hours vary.
$12 per hour
Some of the job requirements are that you must be customer service orientated with some moderate computer knowledge, administrative experience, and security operations knowledge or equivalent. We have a job for you if you like being busy, have a positive attitude, can be flexible with handling fast paced work environment, work well with others in a team environment, and you are reliable. This is an in house proprietary security department and is not contract security. Bilingual preferred and Florida Security D License preferred, but neither are mandatory.
$13-15 per hour based on experience
Full-time seasonal/ Part-Time summer server position. Must have 3-5+ years of serving with preference for experience in fine dining , high volume environment. Experience working with POS system. Server is responsible for communicating daily specials to members. Position requires attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize needs while maintaining composure, focus and productivity. This position is an hourly position, we are not a tipping club.
Full-time year-round, benefit eligible after 60 days
Club, resort, or fine dining experience preferred
Must be able to adapt to a fast paced environment
Must be flexible in schedule, willing to work weekends & holidays when required
Prepare, cook and serve all hot and cold foods for la carte, buffet and banquet service. Ensure that all food items are being prepared according to club recipes and standards.
$10 per hour base pay plus 40% commission.
Provide manicures, pedicures, and related services to all members and guests that meet the standard requirements of Harbour Ridge. Keep tools and work area clean and sanitized at all times. Must be a team player, reliable and flexible in availability.
$12.50 per hour
Seasonal full-time through May with potential of part time hours in summer.
Responsible for clearing and setting tables according to Club standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
•Assist servers by bringing beverages to the table and replenishing drinks.
•Clear spent flatware and china.
•Stock all wares and equipment needed for service.
•Respond quickly to requests from members, guests, and management.
•Assist with any spills and clean up needed.
•Remove plates and silverware throughout the meal; transport soiled dishes to the kitchen area.
•Clean server areas and equipment.
$14 per hour with potential increase at 90 days
Full time year round, benefit eligible after 60 days

Boating knowledge is not a requirement , but willing to train the right person.
•Responsible for greeting all boats coming into the marina and assisting them.
•Daily tasks include keeping the docks and dock boxes clean at all times, replenish ice daily.
•Ensure pontoon boat is clean and fueled.
•Inspect kayaks and life jackets and be sure they are stored away at end of each day.
•Maintain a clean and orderly storage area. Assist with pontoon shuttle transport.
•Hours are 8:30am-5pm Wednesday - Sunday with extended evening hours on nights we have events.
•Position is Fulltime and benefit eligible after 60 days of employment.
•Payday is Weekly on Wednesday afternoon.
