Dock Attendant
$12 per hour

2 yrs Marina Experience preferred -willing to train

Job Duties include:
Provides a first class operation with a friendly, courteous and professional attitude to members and guests.
•Facilitates, directs, assists and securely moors vessels to dock while providing a safe, clean and orderly dock area.
•Provide a clean, organized and secure Marina Office and utility shed.
•Ensures the golf cart is properly stored each day including charging the battery and keeping the cart clean.
•Rounds up dock carts daily and stores them in the designated areas. Wash carts out at least once per week.
•Monitors the VHF Radio, Channel 16, in accordance with FCC regulations and advises incoming boat traffic.
•Assists with proper compliance with U.S. Coast Guard rules and regulations and adheres to all federal, state and local laws.
•Works with the Waterfront Manager to maintain Harbour Ridge Clean Marina status.
•Assists with any minor maintenance issues as needed including painting and power washing docks.
•Assists members, and guests as needed with marina equipment such as power stations, pump-out station and hand carts.
•Establishes working relationships with boat owners and outside contractors.
•Communicates and documents any safety hazard, hazardous conditions or unsafe practices or procedures.
•Any and all other tasks assigned by the Waterfront Manager.

$10.50 HOURLY

Follow directions from the Area Supervisor and or Crew Leader daily of general landscape maintenance practices according to Harbour Ridge specifications. Trim  or prune plants, trees and palms as necessary. Rake leaves and plant debris into containers and load into dump trailer. Weed removal on a daily basis. Install new plants, trees, palms and sod as necessary. Apply water to newly planted trees, palms, ornamental plants and sod. Fertilize plants, trees, palms and turf as instructed. Prepare areas for annual flowers and sod replacement. Organize tools and equipment for daily use. Secure all tools and equipment at the end of each work day.  Inspect equipment daily for productive and safe operation; report issues to supervisor and or mechanic.

$10.50 PER HOUR
Under the supervision of the Golf Course Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Lead Operator or Foreman, perform routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance; doing semi-skilled grounds construction and maintenance work; operate sand raking machinery, walk mower, flymo, edger and string trimmers. This position is considered an entry level position with the potential for advancement to Level I


Hair Stylist
Seasonal full-time and part-time position available position
2 years’ experience- private club experience a plus
$10 hour base pay plus commission- must have experience and licensing.  If you're a hard worker and reliable, we have a job for you. Competitive pay plus commissions. Hours vary.
Water & Wastewater Operator
$25 per hour
Part-time/oncall- must be available weekends & holidays

Class C Wastewater License (Florida) & Class C Water License (Florida) required
Provide safe, palatable drinking water for the club and POA and dispose of treated domestic wastewater safely and legally.

Security Officer
$12 per hour
Part time- 11p.m.-7am Wed & Thurs

Some of the job requirements are that you must be customer service orientated with some moderate computer knowledge, administrative experience, and security operations knowledge or equivalent. We have a job for you if you like being busy, have a positive attitude, can be flexible with handling fast paced work environment, work well with others in a team environment, and you are reliable. This is an in house proprietary security department and is not contract security. Bilingual preferred and Florida Security D License preferred, but neither are mandatory.
Prep cook
$11.50 per hour
Full-time seasonal position- October 2018-May 2019

Looking for a hard worker that has experience working as a prep cook in a club, hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant. Knowledge of safe & proper knife handling & food safety. Must be able to stand for long period of time. Golf & Grounds Maintenance Admin Assistant
$14-$15 hourly based on experience
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.

Job Summary: Assist Director of Golf & Grounds in maintaining staff needs for a department of 100+ employees. Responsible for various administrative, clerical, payroll and light accounting duties. Answer calls from members and field them to the proper staff for resolution. Work as the liaison for all employees within the department. Work closely with Human resources for weekly employee payroll processing, new hire updates, and other employee matters. Communicate with residents and forward requests to supervisors. Act as the liaison for all employees within the department.
Applicant must have experience in administrative, clerical and light accounting duties including processing invoices, employee payroll, & new hire orientations.
