Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Golf Course Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Lead Operator or Foreman, performs work involving the use of large equipment including tractors, loaders, trenchers, backhoes, trucks and other maintenance equipment. This operator need to have golf course experience and can operate all equipment.
Major Responsibilities: ·
Mow fairways, roughs, tees, greens, approaches and rakes bunkers.
Operate turf vac, skip-loader, fairway and rough aerifier, boom sprayer, top dressers and fertilizer spreaders.
Perform other duties as directed by his/her supervisor.
Ensure that the equipment cooling system is working at all times; refill fuel and oil daily; clean equipment daily and report equipment problems or failures to Equipment Manager immediately.
Provide basic preventive maintenance on equipment as directed by the Equipment Manager and return all equipment to the designated location at the maintenance facility.
Operate smaller equipment as directed by his/her supervisor.
Water and fertilize tees, greens, fairways and roughs.
Change cups, move ropes and signs.

Position Summary
Harbour Ridge Security Officer shall patrol and control access to Harbour Ridge property as assigned to ensure that only authorized persons are permitted access to the community via gated entry, mobile unit, golf cart, or foot patrol. Anticipate, recognize, and reduce security and/or crime risk; initiate action to resolve risk or breach of security. Responsible for performing duties in a professional and lawful manner in compliance with directives. Required to follow the lawful request of any supervisor or superior officer.
Major Responsibilities: ·
Guide the day-to-day operations of Security in a business-like and ethical manner.
Maintain confidentiality of files and other documents.
Have the ability to use the technology in place at Harbour Ridge and show the ability to learn new technology when implemented.

Patrol property and roadways, keeping alert for anything out of the ordinary; respond to both routine calls for assistance and emergency calls of a criminal, medical, or other emergency nature related to safety and security; conduct physical inspections of Harbour Ridge facilities and buildings.
Provide traffic enforcement and control of vehicles driving within, or entering and leaving Harbour Ridge in accordance with traffic regulations.

Position Summary
Operate and maintain community underground irrigation system with supervision of (2) man support crew.
Major Responsibilities:
Supervise daily (1) irrigation crew member to safely and efficiently maintain underground irrigation system.
Dig up heads, valves & wires.
Inspect condition of pipes & heads; repair failures when needed.
Prepare for re-sodding/replanting after repairs are complete.
Maintain technical mechanics of irrigation system such as: pump station, electrical, mainline and controller systems.

Position Summary
Prepare, cook and serve all hot and cold foods for la carte, buffet and banquet service. Ensure that all food items are being prepared according to club recipes and standards. Responsible for ensuring that all items are on all stations using a checklist. Taste and check all food items before service to ensure freshness and proper seasoning; and checking with supervisor if not sure. Ensure that all sanitation requirements are being handled (i.e.: proper food temperature, cooler food temperatures etc.).
Major Responsibilities:
Performs all cooking functions to prepare daily menus.
Ensure that all food items are stored in a suitable container and clearly labeled.
Prepare all soups; maintain all prep items involved in a la carte menu and buffet.
Prepare lunch and dinner for employee meals.
Ensure that all work areas are safe and report any unsafe conditions to your supervisor.
Ensure that all a la carte orders are delivered to the guest within the time standards set.
Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor due to member volume.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
Experience:
1 years of experience in fine dining environment.
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills
Must be able to stand for long periods of time ·
Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds and run on occasion

Position Summary
To provide efficient and exemplary food and beverage service in a timely manner to all club members and guests. Maintain a professional, clean, and organized area at all times. Always providing all members pleasant and courteous service. The food runner should have basic food recognition and service knowledge.
Major Responsibilities: ·
    Assist the Executive Chef/Sous Chef in the proper set up of the expo line on a daily basis.
    Assist Busser/Server in kitchen set up on a daily basis.
    Pay close attention to detail of all plates being served, proper temperature, garnishes, etc. for all meals for members and guests.
    Supply server/members with proper or special silverware or china for food items.
    Prepare all side dishes, underliners and condiments for each shift.
    Assist servers by bringing beverages to tables and replenishing drinks.
    Assist with ant spills and clean up as needed.
    Stock all wears and equipment needed for service.
    Clean server areas and equipment.
    Remove plates and silverware through the meal; transport soiled dishes to the kitchen area.
    Respond quickly to requests from members, guests and management.
Experience:
   1 year of restaurant experience preferred. Fine dining or country club experience a plus.
